It is a particular meditation that uses, as a support for mental concentration,mantra (harmonizing sounds) andmudras(sacred gestures)

The course includes two individual lessons during which the meditation sequence is taught. The individual preparation meetings are agreed with the teacher.


They follow the weekly practice online on Monday at 19.00 and face-to-face group meetings.

Face-to-face group meetings are agreed with the group and take place over the weekend.
